this is why I'm confused. I emailed my local Mini dealer about it and this was response I got:

Good afternoon Ed,

I looked into the mud flaps with our parts department, and unfortunately they will not fit with the JCW trim. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Thank you,

James

As long as you have the part numbers right, then the SA doesn't know what he's talking about.

What width of moulding tape did you all use? 1/4" or 1/2"?

The flaps came with its own 3M double-sided adhesive tape. The adhesive was already in place on the inside of the flaps, and I only had to remove the plastic and put it in place. It seemed like it was 1/4"

I bought the ones from China, they don't come with tape.

These:

I ordered them June 19, and they showed up today.

Ali Express Mud Flaps for 2019 F60 - awesome!

Just received these flaps for under $45 CDN from Ali Express:
https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/Kl7zVuLA
Shipping to Canada took about 3 weeks. Quality is excellent and the fit is perfect. Unlike others who have talked about installing with tapes and adhesives, I used the included hardware. I doubt that Canadian winters would allow for anything other than screws and bolts to attach mud flaps.
I was able to complete the entire job with a few simple tools (hammer, pliers, flat and star head screwdrivers and a 5/16 ratchet and socket). I did not need to remove wheels or to jack car up. You should be able to manage this job if you’re willing to lie on the garage floor and get a little dirty. Have attached a few pics as the mud flap set does not come with instructions. All holes fit to what was already filled with a plastic blind rivet on the Countryman wheelwell. I did drill one extra screw (provided in kit) into the wheelwell trim on both front flaps. Flaps attach solidly and without gaps.
Not a bad little project for a Sunday afternoon - all in all took about an hour.

Underside of front wheel well; remove screw and save for installation of new front flap

Front flap; reuse blind rivet if possible; included black clip to fold plastic tab over behind the wheel trim and fasten by pushing on the black metal clip; drill in additional screws if desired for tighter fit

Front mud flap installed

Rear flaps- remove the two plastic blind rivets and slide metal washer over body trim, then fit flap and drill in the two new screws (included) - not shown - remove bolt from underside of wheelwell with 5/16 socket and reinstall through the mud flap through provided perfectly matched hole.

Side view of completed flap installation- I’d say they are a perfect match and fitment!

Rear flap installed

Front flap installed

So the stock rivets that are there already. If I push pin through can I reuse the same pin. ? Or should I purchase these.

I was able to reuse the pins. Be careful that you don't push it all the way through. I lost one to the voids behind the wheel well. I used a ink pen tube as a replacement. Just cut to length.

Do you have them for the F60? I feel like I couldn’t find them on your site when I looked.

Bummer, so nothing specific to the F60? Odd that Rally Armor makes them for the Honda Civic, but not the Countryman (or any MINI, for that matter). Any idea how the universal ones attach and look when installed?

Installed the mud flaps. The blind rivets didn’t seem to hold very tightly, but that is probably installer error.

I used some
push rivets push rivets
instead and those seem to work pretty well.
