But deep blue isn't much better! I used to have a Deepwater Blue 1967 Chevelle back in the day in High School in Illinois....and I washed it "all the time" because it showed "everything" (plus I loved that car)! But, oh I loved that deep blue color! Just keep the black cars in the garage and don't drive them in the snow or rain, and you'll be fine!

Agreed, if I could do it over I would go with a lower maintenance color but I do love the Deep Blue. When clean depending on light it can be almost black, to sometimes purple or lighter blue. It's a more complex color than initial look would reveal.
I've got better in older age accepting some flaws than my high school days as well. I had a Black Fiero as my first car and I recall spending hours with the 6 step Maguires, I laugh thinking about it now.

Funny, I test drove a Fiat 500 Abarth just today actually. I was astonished by the panel gap variances for a modern car. It was way too loud for my tastes, maybe 20 years ago but even then I doubt it. Not a bad car, I think they should muffle it a bit but it was not on par with quality and refinement of Mini. Given cheaper price that's fine, so I won't slam it but I came away feeling even better about my F56.

I looked at a 2014 fiat abarth somewhere in my used car search.
theres a few things that made me eliminate it .
however if i was into it it would have to be the cloth convertible version.
The abarth is lighter and has a shorter wheelbase. sothat has to be what you want, and for me it is actually i am looking for a rv tow car.
a friend of mine has one for that.
the leather seats are both cool looking and weak looking.
minis get better gas mileage and more speed and torque. depending on your car minis have more neat stuff. and space
I was actually shopping for an r56 but an f56 is even better. and the panoramic roof is awesome
