Creaking front

Only at slow speeds my front suspension creaks. It sounds like the floorboards of an old house in those stereotypical movies. Any ideas/suggestions?

Only at low speeds. When the car is stopped and I turn the wheel it creaks as it progresses and when I'm outside the car with it off and I push on the hood to move the car up and down it does NOT make the sound :/

Try lubing this part with some grease.

I will, where on the car is that and why that joint?

Is that the strut tower mount in the bottom left hand corner of the pic?

Looks like the hood hinge pivot point / adjustment point.

My steering column is making a creaking/crackling noise too. Haven't taken it to the dealer yet.

Just wanted to make sure " marshun " was in the correct Gen, as some people post and in Gen 3 and they have a gen 1 for example.

I want to take my car into the dealership but I'm afraid they'll make me pay for the inspection because it's not stock you know? What's the likely hood of that happening?

Guessing they should still try and remedy the problem regardless unless the modification is directly related to the issue at hand (and that modification is causing the issue). Even then most dealerships are pretty accommodating to their customers in resolving problems under the warranty umbrella.

Thanks, I'm afraid it might be something more intense than just the silencer sleeve :/

Did you find a solution to the creaking? I notice my F55S making sounds when the outside temp is cold and the vehicle is cold. When I go over a speed bump or hit a little pot hole it sound something similar to when you are in a vehicle that has over sized wheels and its hitting in the wheel well. I have the dynamic damper. I think I am going to take mine in soon. As soon as it warms up outside or the vehicle warms up, it goes away.

I didn't, I still have to get it up on jacks to move the silencing sleeve to see if that makes a difference. I know we installed them correctly and from what I'm reading on the Internet, it could be a whole slew of things. I'm not overly concerned atm, I figured if it was going to hurt my car then there'd be more severe signs showing by now lol.

I managed to snap this short video clip on my way home. You can hear the difference when i go over the speed bump with the front compared to the rear of the vehicle.

It's more or a thud? Mines a literally creaking. Like opening a squeaky door or walking over old floorboards lol
