Thanks - been waiting for the pro parts for months after I saw them in an Austrian JCW accessories publication.

Good luck in getting all the parts you need to add the JCW aerokit and pro parts to your car - it will transform it!

Nice list R99. Yea, you have to watch those wheel arch pieces if you have the PDC front or rear , or just rear. As well as some of the trim pieces that are with or without PDC. Gets tricky.

Just copy and paste the 11 digit part numbers ( without spacers or dashes) into our site search box ( top right corner ) to get the USD price.

Thanks

Awesome! Thanks for the part number list. I ordered the front splitters and the rear spoiler extensions! Considering the the rear diffuser, but I need to watch my spending, LOL! Maybe after taxes ...

Here are the John Cooper Works Pro front splitters and rear spoiler extensions installed. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics, but you get the idea. Subtle change but overall makes a big difference. The front splitters should really be included with the Aero Kit.

Thanks for posting these!

My question will be: why do the JCW kits have their own wheel arches? I thought they were identical. My first thought was that they are just offering comprehensive part numbering, regardless of what was base and what was exclusive to the kit. These are written based on the assumption the owner ordered the kit for dealer install, right?

I want the side skirt assembly only, which is still going to be $650USD ++ paint, but it beats paying for the whole kit when I don't need the rest of it, AND having it knock some of the other package material out.

They do not, actually.

The John Cooper Works Exterior Kit uses the stock Cooper S wheel arches. However, the John Cooper Works Hardtop (model) has wheel arches that include tiny lip extensions at the top of each wheel.

What seems to odd to me is that there are essentially three configurations.

1) The Cooper S with John Cooper Works Exterior Kit
2) The John Cooper Works model (includes wheel arch lips, JCW badges/red grille blade)
3) John Cooper Works Pro (includes front splitters, rear spoiler extensions and rear diffuser)

I am very happy with the front splitters - they are so small, but that little bit makes a significant visual impact. I think it helps reduce the "overbite" a bit more.

So in order to run the rear diffuser , you will need the JCW rear bumper?

Yes indeed it is! It's actually 4 pieces of plastic, but that isn't making me feel any better about it, LOL. But I absolutely LOVE the way they look.

Yes, it can only be retrofitted to the John Cooper Works model or an S with the John Cooper Works Kit. The center area/diffuser section is narrower than on the regular S rear bumper.

So those 2 parts you put on the lower front bumper (splitter?) were extra? What was on there originally? Mine's got a thin black plactic lip that points frontward down there (I don't have a pic).

Your car is a gen2 so its irrelevant what yours has.

As stock the JCW bumper for the F56 has a smoothed version of these splitters, which don't protrude at all. These are the more aggressive JCW Pro items with the pronounced lip.

beast mode activated. Man that looks fantastic.

I'm sure I already know the answer, but they didn't develop a justa version of the pro diffuser did they?

You had to pay, I got mine free. Neener neener neener . That fJCW is going to be a badass mobile I bet. Someone on the JCW forum said you can build one on the configurator at the Mini.de site (Denmark?).

That was me, its the German MINI site where you can use the config

I don't have the JCW bodykit so I haven't had to pay for any splitters!

I agree though, the JCW Pro splitters shouldn't even be an option, they should be standard on any car specced with the JCW body kit.

Just another money making exercise from MINI!!!

I don't remember hearing about those JCW Pro parts for the R56 JCW (but I never looked either). The car cost enough!

I'd guess that the R56 equivalent was trying to get challenge cup parts, which you had to know someone on the inside to even have a chance at getting.

JCW Pro Accessories are new for MINI and for the F56/F55 models only right now.

The stock John Cooper Works models do not come with the forward-protruding front side lower arch/spoiler trim. They are smooth and rounded under. In my opinion, they visually make the lower "lip" look more pronounced. The added John Cooper Works Pro splitters jut out forward and are in line with the lower lip, so it seems more uniform. Regardless of what they cost, they were worth it to me as it greatly improves the look of the front end.

And YES, they should be standard with the John Cooper Works Aero Kit and the John Cooper Works model.

Mine looks like this. The front edge is halfway sharp. Is this more or less what that part looks like?
