The DP is done and even after 1000 miles, both F56 B48 Mini's have not triggered a CEL light. All these DP's will come standard with a 2nd O2 diverter bung.
The F56 did 218whp and 232wtq with a Stage 1 JB4.
The same F56 on the same dyno did, 225whp and 269wtq.

What is that in terms of power at the flywheel?

I.E not WHP / WTQ numbers?

 

The manual Mini's seem to have a low drivetrain loss, about 12%.
So crank would be 252HP and 301TQ. Not bad at all for two mods that total around $1000.

what are the numbers without the stage1 jb4? since my 2015 b46 cant run the bms without problems.

 

I never did a dyno without a JB4, because it takes 60 miles to adapt and undapt.

Congrats as that's a huge gain in torque over stock!!

That's just with the Down Pipe & JB4? Is the Intercooler also fitted to make the above numbers?

The intercooler wasn't part of this dyno.

i've had the DP for almost a year now with no issues. i do get a P12A5 CEL but i'm sure that's more with my JB4 than anything, but even that isn't a big deal. passed inspection in NY with no problem. actually have a dyno appointment this monday. interested to see what numbers i pull.

 

I will have the first part of the batch on Monday. These first few will be the bare finished, extreme Cermaic will take another week

Is a tune or piggyback tune necessary for the down pipe Mario? Currently running helix intercooler, awe S flow intake, Jcw pro exhaust with Jcw tune and Dinantronics module.
