Photo taken from front is attached. In my opinion, the look is fairly subtle, and would probably be a good balance to your black roof & black Union Jack caps. I know you mentioned being concerned about the front rings...it's pretty easy to use a program like GIMP (www.gimp.org - free, open-source alternative to Photoshop), and add a couple of layers with different colors/shading/etc that you can hide/make visible to give you a pretty good idea of how it will look. I'd be glad to help with that, if you can post a photo with a good front view (avoiding glares or shadows, if possible).

Another option would be to try and color match your rings, like R99 did (check out his thread "My Thunder Grey F56 Cooper S - The Project Thread"). I have a hunch that might look good with your White Silver MC...your car is sort of a mirror of his (his has lighter roof & rims with dark body, yours has dark roof & rims with lighter body, but both your cars have no bonnet stripes). The good thing with Plasti Dip (as you probably know from doing your Countyrman & Paceman) - if you decide you don't like it, the process of completely removing it isn't too bad.

Here you go...

Keep in mind that since the original photo had fairly low resolution (640x480), the results from GIMP are a bit rough. But they're still fairly decent. One shows trim rings in black, the other tries to show color matching with the white silver.

If you're looking for an OEM solution, my guess is that you'll need to wait for the JCW to come out which has the blackout grille w/red accent line above the bumper bar. I mean, that's what I'm waiting for.

I just removed and install the black rings for the headlights and tails. Easy and looks sweet on a black mini. Still, have the grill cover to do, needs to be sanded a bit to make the ends look better.

Just the edges where they trimmed it away from their mold. There are little fuzzy parts that just need a once over with a 600-800 paper to smooth them off. Grill cover does not have that nice black surface the headlight covers have. But for the price, it will do the job. Some wax and buffing and it should be pretty good.

Nice mate! I need to change my headlight very soon. I just bought Fenix hl60r review 2018: Rechargeable Headlamp this headlamp light to work in my garage. Withing a few days, I will change my car headlight for sure. After that I will try to upload my car picture.

Here's a couple of mine to show colour coding on VO.

Bought rings etc on ebay, and did it myself, including the S grill and grill surround.

Yes, it really changes the look to have them match the paint.
