Engine won't start (f56)
 

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me out here. My 2014 Mini Cooper S suddenly stopped working yesterday. When I try to start it, it makes a buzzing sound and the lights flicker a little (it doesn't sound like the engine is even trying to kick over). Tried to jump start several times, no change. Based on that and everything else, I don't think it is the battery, my best guess is the starter needs replacing. From the little amount of information I could find online, it looks as though the starter may be accessible by removing the front-left tire. I need to avoid taking it in to a shop if at all possible, can anyone help shed some light on this/give me additional info? Does that sound like the starter to you, and/or has anyone changed a starter on an f56 before? Thank you.
