Strobing means the light never comely goes out.

LA Traffic would keep me out of the car. Here in Portland several dealers seem to install them as routine and hit up the customers on new cars for the add on at crazy prices for a $20 or less part and a ten minute install. So they are everywhere.

In LA, you have no choice, public transportation is a joke. If you do use public transportation, an N100 mask, and surgical gloves are a requirement.

Down here it seems to be a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer almost mandatory item. More like a $10 part for $250!!
