Bought the 2019 Mini Cooper today - what a car!
Hello Mini Fans-
Just bought a 2019 Mini Cooper in British Racing Green and couldn't be happier. I also had a fabulous buying experience at Mini of Ramsey New Jersey. This dealership is an easy going no pressure environment, I got there around 10AM today and we got the paper work done in about ten minutes flat. Why can't all dealerships work this efficiently?
Took the new Mini out for her maiden voyage and all I can say is wow - what a car! The three cylinder is a zip rocket- put the pedal to the metal and boy she moves. I haven't had this much fun since my 1973 MGB. I even like it more than my 1999 Porsche 911 (which I sold recently). The seats are very comfortable, no blind spots anywhere, easy to get in and out of and just enough technology to keep me safe but not so much to drive me nuts. Even the run flats feel great. Spent the day driving it all over New Jersey and the needle on the gas gauge hardly moved. Looking forward to getting some great gas mileage for a change. BMW really nailed this one.
Here is a pic of her in the driveway. Getting up at 6AM tomorrow to take it on the Palisades Parkway to my favorite diner for breakfast. Whoo - hooo. Let the good times roll.
Side note* In the street is my wife's Subaru Crosstrek, which as far as I am concerned is the best all around - any weather condition vehicle ever made.

Hi and welcome to the NAM family!
Congrats on your first Mini buy!
I have some news for you: After driving it for some time, you are going to want another one to keep it company! Try to find a first gen R53 to keep your new one company!
I always like the BRG colored Mini Coopers! I have owned a few!
