The Touring Edition was installed yesterday. Immediately on startup the sound is refined, and sophisticated. Under acceleration it gives just the right increase in decibels, with a slight burble on pedal lift. This system enhances the natural sound, and opens up this little 2 liter.


I'm happy with my purchase, and the tips look great.

Anyone running Touring with catless downpipe? how loud is it?? I guess it should be similar to track edition with stock downpipe?

 

i'm running a Milltek Catless DP with the touring edition exhaust. it's definitely more pronounced than a catted DP but i wouldn't say it's as loud as the track edition. Car sounds great. i only have video's at the track if that's a proper comparison. i don't have any street videos.

I'm currently running Catless + JCW Pro (Euro version, no second cat/resonator like US), and honestly, it sounds like crap.
Valve open is way too loud and horrible drone. Valve closed it make a metallic drone sound too. I bought a Borla midpipe should be in my country on saturday but I'm afraid I'm not going to like it too lol.
So, AWE is my second option, after watching some videos, it sounds perfect for me but I couldn't find street catless videos :(

 

Yeah, please post the video. Im going back and forth between the 2. I have a catless DP as well so I have no clue what to do

 

this was the last track event i did in 2017.

Any chance of making one to fit the f55? Or a known mod to make it fit?

 

you need to extend the midpipe and the rear section to compensate for the length difference in the f55
