Well, the only setting I have for it is to either turn the speed setting all the way up, or almost all the way down (still leaves one notch). It does not go to completely zero/off, which is what I want it to do.

I wonder if our cars have C_Funktion_Differenzialsperre_aktiv_l. I'll have to dust off my windows laptop and take a look to see if it's in the coding tool.

My car does have that setting, and it was set to aktiv. I flipped it to nicht_aktiv. My kid's asleep and wife's away, so we'll see tomorrow what that does. It was midly disconcerting during the FDL coding when every possible DSC-related indicator popped up, but they all went away after. I wonder if the challenge car ships with this setting disabled too.

I spotted C_Funktion_CorneringBrakeControl_aktiv_I there too, which sounds enticing. Brake intervention in turns has always bugged me too.

Yes yes yes! This is exactly what I wanted. I drove through heavy rain on my way to work and, no matter how much gas I used, never saw a blinking light once in a straight line. All I saw was perfectly managed traction. The blinky light still came on when attempting WOT in a turn, thanks to stability control, which is how I like it.

I have a Wavetrac. I've had it for roughly a year and a half at this point. It was $1300 plus another $1200 to install. They're unpopular among those familiar with Auto tech Driveline's history with Quaife, but this is the third one I've had on one of my cars and it works wonderfully!

That's great, exactly what I want to get, they are about $1,065 now (https://www.ecstuning.com/b-wavetrac...6309191wk~wvt/) and I'm sure I could find someone to install it for less than $1,200 - I'll start saving for this very soon.

Wouldn't surprise me. The shop that did mine isn't cheap on parts and labor, but most places around here wouldn't take on the job so they got my money :X

Hey everybody, I went to try to use ESys the other day and learned I have version 2.6xx of ESys Launcher Premium. I will be obtaining the Pro version as soon as possible.

However, I was wondering how to get Premium 2.8 in the short term.

Did you disable both?

C_Funktion_Differenzialsperre_aktiv

C_Funktion_CorneringBrakeControl_aktiv

I didn't see DSC in Bimmercode but did find it using E-Sys

In your BimmerCode app, does the option to disable the seatbelt chimes/warnings appear? I had it coded, flashed my ECU, tried to code that in the app and the option was gone now.

The shortcut goes to ASM_4i but the seatbelts are ASM_2. Its the last thing I want to change, dang it!

Or just, you know, put on your seatbelt...

Not so far, just C_Funktion_Differenzialsperre_aktiv. That isn't the same thing as DSC, though.

Valid point, but it isnt for me. I take my dog to work every day and she sits in the front seat and is heavy enough to trip the sensor so I want to disable it

^I contacted Stephan from bimmercode with the logs straight from the app about this exact issue and he replied that it will be fixed with the next app update. He didn't mention the time frame but I'd assume pretty soon.

I come back to you for my coding problems, you have ideas - solutions for night mode and mirrors?

Does Bimmercode post the updates/changes when they release a new version? Couldn't find it.

No, which is incredibly frustrating. The only reason I knew to look for it was because a fellow user mentioned the app creator was working on adding the seatbelt option back

I sent him an email, maybe that will spur him on to post the change-log.

He seems to be pretty busy playing whack-a-mole trying to keep up with Mini's arbitrary coding changes.
