So that's roughly $5,000 USD for all 3. PLUS installation.

Yeah for sure, the re-map really helps and def increases the HP and torque. It feels like a different car.

My kit is doing this weird thing where the valve is randomly closing on its own. Haven't been able to find a good way to reproduce it but I'll randomly notice the car isn't as loud and when I double click the fob I hear the valve open up. Spoke with the dealership and they aren't super sure as my car if the first one they installed it on

I notice it most at the top end. Guess we should strap one of our cars to a dyno and find out for sure.

Sounds like the flash program or the actuator is closing due to the internal motor error? Also did you get a sound clip , this set up sounds great.

Internal motor error? Do you mean the actual motor that is responsible for opening and closing the valve? I wish I was able to recreate this so I can figure out how to fix it. I'm shooting to snag a sound clip this weekend I'm stuck at work all week which is a bummer.

Yea, on the motor valve itself. Thats the only other place it could have an issues unless the flash has some issue. Have not heard of issue with this from other people whom have it installed.

Cant wait for the sound clip, valve open sounds sooo good. Some enjoyment here.

My dealer got the tuning kit and installed it on one of their demos. A couple of the MAs and I were playing with it in the parking lot and I got to drive it. They said they were having trouble getting the ECU reflashed, so I can't comment on the performance, but the sound of the exhaust was awesome. Under normal mode, it was more pronounced than the stock exhaust, similar to the JCW exhausts on other MINIs, but in track mode, I found myself downshifting and making the car overrun to hear the pops and growls all the time. All three of us in the car were grinning. I don't think it was loud enough to drone, but we didn't really hit the freeway or sustain a speed for long.

On Hold Again......?

Picked my kit up today at lunch time. When I got home I called the dealer with a question and they said they were notified not to sell anymore kits. Software issue I think. Oh well.....at least I can install the exhaust system.

yeah looks like its a coding issue. Mine was installed on monday and its been great but at times the valve is randomly closing. Planned on taking it in next week to get reflashed and then the dealer called and said the kit is on hold again due to coding. I'm sure this will fix my issue once they get it resolved

Any word if and when the kit will be relaunched? I keep hearing on here it's available, then I go to dealer and check and they say it's back on hold again. Along with the suspension kit. But they may be able to get me the coilover kit if I act fast. Would like this kit, but may end up trading in my 2014 F56 MCS for a 2015 F56 JCW if I can swing the price jump/ trade in loss.

I was the making trade but the trade in I thought was bad. Mine had 6500 miles and I paid close to 33k and my trade was like 23 so I backed off. I know I'm gonna loose some but didn't expect that much. I traded my R56 with 32k miles and got a damn good deal when I traded it.

I figured about that. KBB.com says mine should go for around 23400 in trade. I've got 11k miles on him. Always worst to trade in quickly.

Just looks like the exhaust is on temp hold due to the coding issue, but should not be long. Brake kit is not out yet. Suspension on hold also, no update there. Hold tight and when they come available again we will let you know. . But some factory JCW cars are showing up at dealership.
