Turns out the US distributor got two systems in for SEMA, and felt they could live with one for the show. I had contacted them when the system was first announced so they asked if I wanted the second one. And rest as they is history!
WOW very cool! I'm jealous that I have to wait!

As above.

Supersprint have two systems available. One is a regular cat back system with no valve technology and the other is a valvetronic system similar to the Remus.

Having heard videos of both of their new systems I still prefer the Remus (in conjunction with the racing tube)

Here is a quick video I took this evening.

Sport Mode is on throughout the video. The valve is opened, then closed and then opened again to give an idea of the sound difference.

In this video the following Remus part numbers are fitted:

Valved Exhaust - 755014 097
Unsilenced Racing Tube - 755014 0000
Ø 102 mm angled Carbon Fibre / Titanium Tail Pipes - 0026 70CS

UK Retail for the set up in this video is £1180.

Apologies for the distorted sound, its that loud I think I had the camera too close to the tailpipes! The video does not do the sound justice!

I will take a better video in the daylight and with the camera further back ASAP.

I got my Remus exhaust installed but haven't gotten the valve to function yet. Is there a pairing sequence you have to go thru to get the fob & controller to talk to each other?

The guys who fitted mine had problems with the valve too!

They took the electric motor off and ensured the valve was loxated in the correct position.

That didn't seem to work so they unplugged and re plugged the electric box and turned the car on and off and it did the trick.

No issues with mine now

It was just under $2K with the front silencer pipe & CF tips. I did the install myself which shouldn't run over 2Hrs labor for a shop that knows what they're doing.

They have a disconnect right at the moment, as the US spec downpipe appears to have a different interface than the Euro spec pipe the system was developed from. Remus is working to resolve this issue based on input from my installation, but if you want a no cut - bolt in system I'd ask about this before ordering.

It's a great system despite the install issues and a very high quality product throughout. More info to follow.

The US cars have 2 cats instead of the 1 which Euro cars have. So that probably explains your issues :(

So.... US spec mini has 2 cats, while Euro has only 1.
I Know Remus already have a problem with their front pipe that connects to the back of the US Spec DOWNPIPE.

Does that mean the chances of the other manufacture who makes the Exhaust kit from UK will not bolt up to the US spec mini?
