Haven't Received Dealer Rating Sheet from Mini?
With my previous two MCS's, Mini gave me an opportunity to rate the buying experience.
I've had my F56S for a bit over three months now and did receive the freebies from Mini (shoulder pack, flash drive, etc.), but thus far no rating sheet for the dealer.
I'm wondering if they're no longer doing this. Have any of you received yours?

I received one, but it was in my Spam folder in gmail, I never would have noticed it had I not been looking for some other lost email in there. I was expecting it by real mail actually, but I guess its all email these days (fine by me!). So check your spam folders =)
Also - when did you get your freebie pack? I saw someone else post about that, haven't received one personally though (heading up on 1 month since pickup)

Freebie pack received 2+ months after I got the car..
Nope, if you give a mediocre rating, you just screw up the commission for your MA I believe. Here's an interesting article on what those survey's actually do: http://carbuying.jalopnik.com/how-to...+matthardigree
If you didn't use your potential result during the negotiating process, at this point, you can only use it to punish. And rather significantly. If anything, giving a bad rating could potentially make for a bad and awkward experience at your dealer/service department after if that article is fully accurate for yours.

I agree with Sepp. If you give a poor rating that is not deserved, you are only doing it to punish, and that is unfair to the Sales dude. If you feel you did not get the "best" deal, it is too late now. Negotiate better next time.
I filled out a followup survey online for my purchase. Fortunately my dealership did an outstanding job with my purchase and I was happy to say so.
I have not received anything via postal mail... I don't know if our dealer does that, but it would be nice.

Funny you should say that. Audi sent me a free subscription to Audi Magazine and a keyring, as well as a catalog. They later sent me cards through the mail for thinks like "happy 1 year anniversary of owning your Audi... "
Things like that go a long way to building customer loyalty... needless to say, I don't own one now... Meh! LOL

I got an e-mail to do a survey < two weeks. Because I had not responded right away, my MA called to have me check my spam mail. Survey was for everything from sales to finance to service. I got some trinkets when I picked up the car (hat, pins, reusable bag). Maybe there is something coming from Mini HQ? I've had mine 3+ weeks.
I am at +4 weeks since the purchase of my Mini and still no survey. My MA has asked several times if I got the survey and even gave me suggestions on how to fill it out. The MA also pointed out that it would affect their commission if they didn't get a perfect survey. As I had a less than stellar purchasing experience I called ASK-MINI asking about the survey. Their answer was that not everyone will get the survey.

The Motoring Advisor, Sales Manager, GM and dealer principal ALL get a copy of that survey. It directly impacts the commission structure and therefore the MA's or SA's pay and may have other repercussions as well. And it is a scam, as (like Yelp, sorry folks) it does not truly reflect the dealer's overall service experience rating - especially since there is so much coaching and negotiating these days. "This month we are giving a free detail wash with perfect 10's!" etc, etc.
Regarding my Yelp reference, businesses can "purchase" a Yelp membership that lets them review and remove surveys before they are posted. It's all a racket and a way to make money. I own a business and was repeatedly approached by Yelp for a $4000/year contract that would allow me to "control", to some extent, the surveys and reviews that were posted. Changed my opinion of Yelp forever.
