Smart Forfour: The car I'm giving up to get a MCS

I just felt like sharing this here. I reckon this car was never sold in the US, it's the big brother of the small ForTwo which you may know.

It's 8 years old now and that means, where I live, that I cannot use it once a week, so that's why I'm looking to get a new car, specifically a MCS F56 :)

I love this car and I wish I didn't have to sell it!

Neither this, nor the Roadster were ever sold in North America. Once a week? You live in central London or some other place with CO2-penalties?

Hopefully, the next ForFour will be sold here.

I'd never seen one of those. Different, for sure. I think you will love your MCS. You already know the huge differences in features, quality and performance.

I drove one of those from Frankfurt to the Czech border (long story) and down to Munich. Not the ideal Autobahn car, but it would eventually get to 130mph and was a great city car. Probably the only thing built by Mitsubishi that I actually enjoyed driving. Congrats on the new car, you'll enjoy it.

Yes, torque is very low and horse power... More like pony power, lol. The car is beautiful, though. The difference with the MCS engine however is like night and day.

Can't use it once a week because of government regulation on CO2?

This on a car that obviously gets good gas mileage and is small. But because it is 8 years old, they restrict your use?

It take more CO2 just to manufacture a new car.

Government gone mad.
