Well, it looks like I'm back on a ship after missing a ride earlier this week. I'm on the Integrity bound for Baltimore. Good thing as I just sold my cooper so it looks like I'll be without a car for at least a couple weeks.

wtwien, my MA estimated 7 days from port to dealer, but I'm guessing that is highly dependent on where your port and dealer are located. Mine is going Baltimore to Detroit.

Well, Integrity sailed without us (assuming you're still with me, wtwien). We'll give it the ol' college try again on Sunday - unless a K-line picks us up between now and then.

The Mini Owner Lounge Online has finally updated me to Awaiting Transport. Hopefully all the rest of weeks 27 and I will get on a vessels this weekend. I know I was one of the last cars to be products for Weekend 27. And there is no tropical storm activity for the Atlantic Area currently.

K-Line, Grand Duke is at anchor off shore seemingly waiting its turn to dock. It's supposed to arrive Brunswick on 7/23. Maybe we'll get on that one.

K-Line

Does anyone know if/how you can check if you're booked on a K-line ship? They don't have a tracking site like WW.

Becky - Go the the regular WWL Track and Trace site and enter your VIN in the Cargo ID box. Even though the ship is not a WW ship, it's being operated (chartered) by WW, and thus WW is in charge of its movements and cargo. At least that's the way it looked for the NYK Line Metis Leader, which is now heading to Panama with at least 200 Mini's including mine.

Thanks Sailorlite. I wonder if Metis Leader is an ARC ship instead of K-line.

A "how to track your MINI" thread says this: "MINIs are shipped through two different carriers, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WW) and K-Line America of KLTL Total Logistics (K-Line). American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier (ARC) has a shipping partnership with WW so some of their ships may in fact be used for transport. WW integrates ARC ships into their system, so I will treat them as one entity during the rest of this discussion." It goes on to say unlike WW/ARC, K-Line is "informationless" and the only way to get info is from MA. I was hoping that might be old info.

I keep plugging in my VIN. Type it in, click track - feels like spinning the wheel on a gameshow.

Yeah, I wonder what's up with Grand Duke. His schedule must have changed or something since he's been just sitting anchored out in the Channel.

The weeks actually go by pretty fast. Just realized it's been a week already since our MINIs completed and we were wondering when they would catch a train out of Oxford. Now we're wondering when they'll catch a ship out of England. Oh, they grow so fast.

Your MA may be able to see the information. My MA was finally able to see my car was on the Georgia Highway. It took about 2 days after it shipped before he could see it though.

My owner's lounge still shows waiting for delivery BTW.

Thanks MasterYoda. Grand Duke should be a couple days out by the time Torrens loads so if I don't show up on Torrens, I'll give my MA a call and have him check out Grand Duke.

I'd be interested to know whether the MA's info is more up to date than what you can find on the WWL Track and Trace site.

In my case the WWL was better than miniusa's phone, the Lounge, and the MA. Better, but not perfect perfect - the ship had already sailed before WWL said my Mini was even loaded onboard.

I just found this that Grand Duke time and date for arrival is 12-Jul-2014 07:30Nab. I don't know what Nab stands for?
