I like your planned list of mods too!

I will be ordering a JCW backbox for mine as soon as the FJCW model comes out!

Really nice car. I like the BRG. I was wondering why you didn't buy a factory JCW (like me)?

Looks great! I love how the white wheels tie in with the car, but I'd hate to have to try to keep them clean!

Did you add in those JCW sill plates or were they part of a package?

Thanks, VicSkimmr!

TheBigNewt, thanks for the compliment! If the F56 JCW was available, I still wouldn't purchase it because I suspect the ride height would be too low for my liking and the suspension stiffness would be too much for my liking.

TouchUpDirect, thanks for the compliment! Actually, this car's OEM brake pads are the lowest-dusting pads I have EVER seen, including aftermarket pads. (Can any other owners confirm?) I can go to any touchless car wash and the wheels are mostly clean before, and totally clean after. Even 4-5 days after a car wash, the car is much dustier/dirtier than the wheels! I plan to always buy OEM pads in the future...

Nice. I originally specced my on order brg s with the red colour line but allowed myself to be talked out of it. I think it looks great with the red works highlights

NOT raining on UR parade.......
But it looks like U wanted a JCW.... LOL
Nice car none the less, i also have the BRG II Metallic w/Black Roof
'14 fJCW Clubman
You will love the color when you start detailing it more.
I think I stood still for over 5 minutes one time after waxing, just couldn't see another color combo I would like.
I do like the White roof line a little, maybe it looks better on the HT as the Clubman is more roof?

Enjoy UR new ride.......I see U upgrading as soon as the fJCW becomes available.
UR a fan

Actually the suspension on the factory JCW is the same as your car. I have the Sport Suspension which you could have ordered too, that mainly consists of slightly thicker antisway bars. The springs and height are the same. There is a factory JCW suspension that dealers can install which is 1/2 inch lower with different dampers and sway bars, but that is not "factory" option that comes on my car. What I got is the body kit, the beefed up engine, and the red Brembo brakes.

Tried to order white wheels here, NO Luck
The detective in me says "no" as the plates are Florida and the steering wheel is where we like it

I was surprised that the red color line looks ok in a green - I would have never thought ! Nice work and the wheels are terrific!

I was going to say the same thing.

White is a nice contrast to the BRG.

Looks great! Never would have guessed BRG with a white roof/wheels/stripes and red interior would, but it does. Well done.

I like how the white wheels blend with the white top and stripes. That's why I did black wheels with my black top and black stripes. You have a great looking MINI!

Pennengr:

I purchased the sill plates and mats, etc. from Sewell Parts.

Mrdi:

As you may know, the white wheels are not an option on the US configurator (unless this has changed recently). So, I contacted a local shop that painted the wheels for me.

It's interesting you weren't able to order the white wheels in the UK, I specifically checked the UK configurator when I noticed they weren't offered here, and they WERE showing on the UK site...has that option now been removed?

Joakester & CapriGT:

Thanks for the compliments!

batdevice_:

I plan to add the upcoming JCW performance mods when they are released, so I added the front and rear exterior JCW badges (and JCW interior accessories) ahead of time...

CobraBob:

Thanks!!!

First, I really like your green/white color scheme. Very nice! Interesting that your wheels stay exceptionally clean. I noticed the same thing. My (black) wheels never show any sign of being dirty. Of all of the many cars I've owned over the years, the wheels on my Mini stay the cleanest. By far. A lot of the credit has to go to the extremely low dust brake pads.
