All Lights/HVAC/Stereo cut out

This morning on my way to work, all my lights, HVAC, and stereo shut off multiple times. I also got a brake warning when everything turned back on. I have not had a chance to look into it yet but wanted to see if anyone has had this issue. Also, if anyone has a direction I should go for troubleshooting, it would be greatly appreciated.

2015 F56 Cooper S, only engine mod is a drop in K&N Filter.

OK, finally got to do some research on this. Looks like there are four points that could potentially cause this.
1. Bad ground wire with Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS)
2. Bad power distribution box (DME on left side of battery with multiple electrical connectors)
3. Bad power distribution module (power distribution on right side of battery mounted to strut tower)
4. Bad alternator
I did a visual inspection today and did not notice any burnt connectors or anything extremely loose. There was no arcing that I could see as well. I have not done any electrical/multimeter testing yet.

This issue is worse when the weather is humid/wet. All of the battery connectors for the ground/DME/distribution are well out of any wet weather but not humidity. The alternator is closest to where it might get wet.

The power blinks off and does not stay off. It is like someone flips a switch off then back on. It is not slowly losing power. It will blink and affect just stereo or stereo/lighting more often than complete electrical shutdown.

Any thoughts from anyone out there?
