"Loose" sunshade cords?

Hi all!

My mini has developed this slight aesthetic problem with the sunshade. One of the little copper cords seems loose and it's causing part of the fabric to sag in the cabin. The cable on the other side seems fine, nice and tight.

Do you think this is something i can fix or will I need to replace the sunshade? Pics attached for clarity

I was having the same problem, but mine would not stay closed. I brought it to the dealer (Mine is still under warranty) and they had to replace it. They said it was the roller that was the problem.
