Light out warning after led swap HELP!!!

Hey every one so I changed over the interior lights from regular bulbs to t10 led builds. I did both map light floor lights can light trunk light and the top running lights above the fog lights. Now when I turn the car on I get the warning light telling me a bolb is out. I checked the license plate light all the other light and ever thing seems ship shape. Now is this because I did leds?

It's the running lights you changed (interior lights don't matter). You need to either add load resistors or purchase so-called "canbus" LED bulbs that have a built-in resistor to simulate the electrical load of a standard bulb.

Really that's interesting. Ok now to figure out what load it needs have to look at a standard buld specs. Guess I should read before changing things lol

Check the bulb with an ohm meter to get the resistance of the filament. That will give you an approximate value for the inline resistor you'll need.

Just get a bulb with integrated resistor. You won't have to cut the wiring harness and they're really cheap.

Yes they need to be canbus otherwise you will get the bulb out. We have them in our Ziza kits. Hopefully we will have some F56 kits soon.
