Clubman springs or coilovers?

I'm looking for feedback, I'm looking to drop the ride height on my f54 All4 to reduce that gap between my 18" rims and fender. I want to avoid a harsher ride , any recommendations?

Not sure about the JCW, but I have the Clubman S. I have the adaptive sport dampers, and I wanted to keep their functionality - so I went with lowering springs from AST. They are a bit more firm than the stock ride, but they have loosened up over the last couple months. Still definitely firmer/sportier - but lower with much less fender gap. And with the adaptive dampers, they can become firmer on the fly.

Coilovers would definitely be better because usually you can adjust the height to be as high/low as you want, where as springs are a fixed drop. Also with coils you would most likely be able to make the ride as soft as the stock ride. Check out some reviews before you buy.

Lowering options

I went for KW V1 coilovers and was very happy with the looks and feel. Comfortable and improved dynamics all around.

I'm doing NM Springs

NM Springs are progressive so they should be more comfortable and better handling. That is why I decided on them. Plus the price is right.

What was the part number for the nm springs? Was it for the F54?

When I plug in my 2019 clubman, springs don't show up: http://www.nm-eng.com/368/0/0/0/2019...%20(2.0T).html
