sunroof won't open/close

Had my sunroof all the way open since it was a nice day. Just before going on the highway, I tried to auto close the sunroof but it stopped at the tilting position and when i tried to close it again, it won't close or open. I tried holding the close position for about 2 minutes but no luck. Is there any other way to get it closed?

First check for a blown fuse.

Then try a reset:
Switch closed for 30 seconds, then open for 30 seconds.

Don't have a meter to check the fuse but tried the 30 secs reset already. Nothing happens

It happened also to me last week. Roof fully open, no sign of life. Checked fuses, tried reset. Nothing. Now the car is at the dealership. I'll keep you posted with what comes up next.
