Bought these from a fellow member, they came from a Xenon unit.



Removed the lens, bulb holder, and bulb socket from the reflector housing, and transplanted them to my Halogen lamps.
Did not have to take the headlamp apart.
Then bought BMW 63217160897 (7507) chrome amber bulbs.
I wanted to do it that way, as 7506 aftermarket chrome bulbs are weak lighting, and you can't get 7506 amber.
If I needed to, I can get 7507 ambers anywhere.

Yes, they show a little amber, but these bad boys are bright!!
AND, no boy racer blue like the other aftermarket chromes.

Looks good! I've considered just removing the yellow lenses, but if there is someone who is selling another set of clear lenses that would be even better!

 

I removed the yellow lenses, and tried stealth bulbs, and they were pretty weak.

This way, I can use the true Phillips chrome ambers, using the bulb base that came with the clear lenses.
Looking in a junkyard for damaged lamp would be a good idea!
