No Start Condition(R53)

I have a 2003 R53 that won't start right now. I hooked up a generic scan tool and got a P2301 and P2304 code for both primary sides of the coil. I ohmed out the coil and got an OL reading on the cylinder 2 and 3 side so I replaced that. I also ohmed out the wires and got an abnormally high reading for 2 of the wires so I replaced them too. I hooked up the new parts and the car still wouldn't start. I back probed the 3 pin connector to the coil and it read 12 volts at each terminal after cranking it for some time. It even read 12 volts at all 3 terminals after the key was turned off. With the connector disconnected I tested voltage in series from the red power wire connector terminal to the 2 ground wire terminals. The cylinder 1 and 4 side ground wire(black and blue I think) had 12 volts to it from the red power wire but the cylinder 2 and 3 side ground wire (black and gold) had no voltage to it from the red power wire. I still have no spark at any cylinder though. Any thoughts? Is it possible that the connector is just bad?

I did a compression test and got between 85psi-90psi for all cylinders
