Window dipping part 2

OK. Finally did some digging into my issue of the drivers side window not dipping enough and here's where I am so far.

I think this is a mechanical issue as I can push my window down when the door is open to where it is supposed to be. There's slack in there somewhere that isn't in the passenger side. Now to dismantle the door and try to figure out if it's a regulator or a motor or just something came loose.

Anyone ever run into this?

Tore everything apart and found no issues that I can see. Need to find someone to help reset the software next. I wish the nearest dealer that I trusted wasn't 250 miles away.
Thanks

OK. Had time to work on it again. Newest development is that I changed out the window motor. Dipping seemed to work but needed to reset the window as it would go up then halfway back down. When I reset it I lost the window dipping again.

Here are instructions I found here on how to reset your windows without special programming.

Pop the fob out, then back in again...you should have auto up/down again.
