Hole in the firewall

I decided to mount an LED bar of lights behind my grill. The light bar has a long cord attached to a plug for a 12V socket.

My problem is I cant figure out how to run it back to the socket in front of the gear stick. I can bypass the firewall by running the cord pass the fender, into the passenger foot well and into the socket. But the problem with that is that the door pinches the cord when closed (not a good idea).

Where can I EASILY run the cord through the firewall? I dont want to cut the cord and reconnect it either, so the hole cant be tiny.

I have 10 tubes on my car and I ran 2 wires the same way you did and i had no problems with pinching, hold on let me go look at it....yeah i ran it from the fender to under the weather striping at the door... I looked for a hole too but i just did it that way instead haha. Just be creative

Awesome. Yeah I just did it through the fender and weather strip. Now for undercar neons
