Need cheap brackets for Hella 500's

How do I mount Hella 500's driving lights on my 06MCS without drilling holes in the grille or bonnet?

Below are photos of how I mounted 4 Hella Lights on my 02 MC. I mounted them through the grille and used a longer bolt and some plumbing hardware from Lowe's. The most important part of this system is to use some flat metal stock long enough to brace the light on the actual metal of the hood. I also used this system to mount Hella's to my new R56.

I'm thinking about getting the hella 500 for my clubman too... But most of the DIY requires drilling on the grill. But if this can avoid any drilling, that's good!

Will your way work on the 09 Clubman?
