I'd go to court and claim your constitution right to challenge the witness is being violated. Might work.

I just paid the stupid thing, no points on your record, it would cost more to pursue it in frustrations,time and going to court(yuk). One look at me and I would have been convicted!!! :eek2:

Understandable. The last speeding ticket I got the court fees was 2/3rds of the cost. And that was just paying it.
