Gays Mills Apple Run -- Sept 20th
 

So the EIM gang put their heads together in Rock Island this weekend and decided that we needed one more local September drive prior to the big trip east.

The plan is to meet on in Dubuque on Sunday, 9/20 at 9:00 am at our traditional meet-up spot -- between the Wendy's and BP station on East 16th Street, just prior to crossing over the US-151 bridge into Wisconsin (take the Kerper Blvd exit to the right from northbound US-151) -



There will be a stop at Carr Valley Cheese in Fennimore, WI for some curds on the way up to Gays Mills. This will be the weekend prior to the big festival so the apple supply at the orchards should be plentiful and the traffic light.

Get ready for some amazing scenery, fun roads, and good times. :thumbsup:

Checking with the wife to see if we have any plans that day. If not, we will be there!

This is just what the doctor ordered...will help pass the time a bit more quickly between now and our Big Adventure departure. :thumbsup:

Lauren couldn't get the weekend off work, so I think we're going to sit this one out.
