Santa brought me exactly what I told him I wanted -- my very own electric air compressor/tank. Not specifically MINI-related but I can assure you it will get lots of use out in the garage.

And in the next few days I think Santa is going to go back online and get some more good stuff for the upcoming Motoring Season.

In the Quad Cities..Whom do you goto for just a tire rotation?

 

I don't know about the business in the QC but I have to think just about any reputable place that you trust can do this for you. I recommend that you emphasize the lug torque specs to them (103 ft-lb / 140 N-m for the 14 mm lug bolts on your 2nd Gen) to minimize the chance that some bozo will king-kong 'em back on with an impact wrench.

I rotate my tires myself as a matter of routine. With a hydraulic floor jack and a good torque wrench, it's a piece of cake.
