What sort of bhp will i expect to get with these mods?
I have a mini cooper s with the later supercharger and the following mods below.
GRS IC
ALTA CAI
FIDENZA FLYWHEEL
PALO UBER SCOOP
NGK IRIDIUM NUMBER 7 PLUGS
15% PULLY
MTH SOFTWARE,BUT WILL GO FOR A LIVE MAP ON THE ROLLERS WHEN I CAN AFFORD IT.
380 INJECTORS
GTT HEADER
PLAYMINI CAT BACK EXHUAST

Im just in the process of putting in a replacement engine as my old one was found to have a melted piston scored bores and my bigvalve and ported head was cracked in 4 places.Even so it went realy well with this damage.Do you think without my previous head and high lift cam ,but with a spot on engine and new charger i will be down on power in a big way.Idealy i want a new performance head that i can stick my cam in but until i can afford one of Jans jesus heads i will have to stay with stock.Ive been offerd a gp head but these are pretty much stock anyway.
I'd say just over 200. I have all of those mods minus injectors, IC, and plugs and I'm at 204 wheel. Most people find that hard to believe though, but its very possible and my car certainly feels 200+ at the wheels.
Totally depends on the dyno. Seems to be more and more cars dynoing over 200whp. But to be honest I dynoed at 170whp on 2 seperate mustang dynos and a Dyno Dynamics with these mods:

2% crank pulley
15% SC pulley
Nology wires
Pilo Cp
Denso plugs
Magnaflow CBE
In the end, you are just gonna have to put it on the dyno and see. But the really question is why does it matter? Is the car fun now? Or do you miss the feeling with the head? Enjoy the car how you want to...worry about numbers only if it helps you enjoy your car. IMHO anyway.

I'd say, without the head, like 190-195 at the wheels. Once you get that head back on, magic will happen lol...
Its true though, HP is just a number and is different on every dyno. That's why I haven't bothered to dyno my car right now. It feels strong and I don't care about power numbers. it could have 10 less HP than the next car but pull stronger you get me. Can the driver put that extra 10hp to good use? just my thoughts to go along with AZMCS's post..

Yeh i see where your coming from.Ive actualy been doing some thinking and ive decided to sell my Kent cam and adjustable vernier top sprocket and stay stock along with the rest of my mods and the JCW map im going to try and get i think that will keep things at an enjoable pace.
I would guess 175whp on the low side and 190whp on the high side. These Mini's are all over the map, my Mini with a 17%, FBT flash, header, exhaust, and intake I came up at 167whp (very weak) The head and came brought me up to the 200whp mark. It wasn't till I got a custom flash on the dyno that I reached 234whp. Now my Mini has gone from one of the weak ones to one of the strong. You should do a before and after dyno, it is worth the $75 just for the info.

WOW !I am always surprised at how Horse Power figures get thrown around so much. And how it has become the fixed point on bragging rights from one MINI owner to another. All to often I have met at the track by those of mightier numbers then mine only to see them fade away in the rear??? Mario your stat's seem to be more honest then most.

My car with my head and cam was 245 at the flywheel and with mth mapping.This time without the head and cam i was hoping for around 200 at the wheels but maybe im dreaming.One things for sure with all the speed cameras in our country the only way i can use the power is on the track.

200 whp is 227 bhp, only 18 HP less than you say you were making before... Without a head you're going to be hard pressed, but it's possible.
Have you done a leakdown on your engine?

My car was only showing 120 psi on 3 pots and 95 psi on the other pot due to a melted piston also my big valve head was cracked in 4 places and warped .It still managed what i was told equated to around 245 hp at the flywheel so i just thought /hoped it would be some where near 195/200 at the wheels with my new charger and engine ,although my head is now stock and so is my cam.but i thought i would be losing power due to my engine being nailed.what do you think.

. You're talking about a compression test, not a leakdown. Those aren't very good numbers for a compression test though!
. 245 BHP is about 215 wHP. I can see you close to 200 wHP with the mods you have. These cars are all over the board, honestly it's all speculation until you dyno it
