No doubt...that's what it's there for Don't need a dyno to tell me I'm over the 260 mark when the Venom is kicked in...

yeah, but good numbers at the drag track also deal with the driver as well. isellem is an excellent drag racer. I have no doubts that the car puts out good horsepower as well.

The car made 236 or 238... trying to find that dyno sheet... i have one dyno sheet with 207... then i have another one with 225... and i thought the car only made 225 but... thats when i thought the 225 dyno went to 7500, after review it made 225 when the car could only rev to 7k. not the 7500 that we later had the car running too... so the highest dyno sheet i can find is 225 but that was when it was only reving to 7k. i can't find that blasted dyno sheet when it went to 7500! You guys have to remember that that dyno run was made quite along time ago... about a little over a year ago as a matter of fact. I have been to the dyno countless other times in other cars so please pardon my memory loss. i guess if anyone doubts the power that it made... they just need to look at my sig

Thanks for the compliments Thumper and Dominic!

Aftermarket IC would have helped i'm sure. With all that power you had to have some serious heat soak.

FWIW (not much in this case) if anyone cares, I heard that the "S" in "MCS" actually stands for "Sport" rather than "Supercharged." I'm told that is what the MINI factory sources say, but I have only heard it second hand.

I thought Mike or John (Cooper) said it was Special? It used to be on JCW's website.

Eric's MCS was puching out a good but of power with the twincharger. But the turbo is out because he is working on other stuff now.
