does any one install the SUN HYPER VOLTAGE SYSTEM

i am thinking to order this, does anyone installed it already. is it really save the gas mileage. after install the hyper voltage system, how many kilometer for a full tank of gas?

I would not do it, you are buyin a couple wires with a box thathas an led in it and it does nothing!
