Spark plugs R57

I replaced the plugs after 70k miles. Performance was ok, but I was overdue. I bought ZR-7-SI-332-S Bosch Plug through ECS tuning and noticed immediately I don't have the big boost anymore when I floor it. I checked the gaps, .025. Any tips of this? I searched around but a lot of conflicting info out there.
