It says a high flow cat but the pipes from the cylinders do not appear to be longer that normally works out to less restriction.

 

RD stuff is just a name. I would recommend an actual long primary header.

 

While the primary tubes look similarly short to the original, the collector arrangement looks to be a little better designed.
I would not buy this one for improvement, but I'd buy this over an OEM assembly if the original was leaking, or bad in any way.
