4:1 header vs OEM with precat removed dyno?

Adjusting my track only car. Config: 2005 R53, dominator cam, 550cc injectors, meth, 17% pulley, rmw tune, nvidia clone mufflers. I have a 4:1 catless header right now.

anyone seen a dyno for an OEM header with the precat removed, vs stock header, and vs something like a catless 4:1 header?

I have a catless 4:1 header but it's completely obnoxious and too loud to autocross (90db limit) and maybe even too loud for VIR (100 db). I'm weighing my options

option 1: add a resonator
option 2: add a high flow cat
option 3: Gut precat from OEM cat
