Priming a rebuilt turbo

I've hand cranked it and I get a dribble of oil from my attached two foot hose. It's not a steady stream and I don't think I can get it to be by hand. So is it primed or do I have to hook up the electrical and run the starter?

The way I primed mine, after a complete engine and turbo rebuild, was to do a compression check. Let it crank long enough on all 4 tests, and the oil should be circulated thru the whole system.

I hooked up the rest of my connections and cranked it without coils in place. Got oil in my oil catch pan through an attached tube so there should be oil in the turbo. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to lace and wrap the turbo.
