Valve Size...

I'm thinking about getting a new head, and I'm trying to figure out what size over valves I should use.

I'm going to be installing a Newman PH 1/2 (RMW Street Cam), 550 Injectors, and a new tune. I currently have a 15% pulley, CAI, miltek exhaust, and dinan stage 4 tune.

I'm going to be porting and polishing the intake and exhaust manifolds as well. Whats the benefit for these options?

I do mainly daily driving with occasional track usage. I don't want the car to be a "dog" around town.

There are 2 options:

1) Intake +.5mm, Exhaust +1mm
2) Intake +1.8mm, Exhaust +2.3mm

I decided to go with option 1. Will let you know how things go.
