Cerenkov,

You must be having a snow day also. Keep beating me to the post, LOL.

Hope your tune is running well. Can't wait to spray my 500cc nozzle once my tank comes in from Howerton.

Laters...

I do too, and no issues either but I don't push it that hard.

Because our tanks are a saddle type configuration, how much of a concern is there with proper mixing and uniformity of the fuel?

For example say that I start with 3 gallons of pump gas in the tank then I add 5 gallons of race gas. Will it mix properly or is it possible to have one side of race gas and one side of pump gas which could have unwanted results if I'm running a map that requires the good stuff.

I was always concerned about this when I was using Torco. The Torco can was only 32 ounces so I always added to an nearly empty tank while at the gas station then proceeded to fill up completely to hopefully mix everything up.

I went two plus with just an intake and dp but I have the meth ready to b installed just to lazy and to cold and the laziness is directly related to the cold lol

Also I would think as the gas is dumped into the tank they would mix just fine if they stayed seperated than that means there is a high spot in the tank and if that's the case than when you got really low on fuel you would still have fuel on one side of the tank you can't use?

Also I'm sure driving down the street turning and everything else it will mix pretty good

It sounds silly, but when I mix gas I go and find a parking lot that fairly empty and start doing slaloms. After a few runs I drive off before I draw too much attention to myself.

Not silly, I'm actually wondering if I should do this.

Go fast, turn left. Go fast, turn right. It's what these cars were born to do. I'll just add this one to my list of other reasons to do it lol.

This is also helpful to locate any items that might have been dropped under the seat.

Very true! But hopefully they don't find their way under the brake pedal!

Been driving back and forth to work in Map A (stage 2+) really enjoying the power!

I recently installed a snow performance safe injection with a flow gauge. Nice to see in real time that my meth injection is flowing - not just hearing the solenoid open and the pump running.

I installed a 504ml/min nozzle but seem to be flowing more, as much as 780+ml/min.

I ordered a 441 ml/min nozzle. Adjusting the pump pressure too should bring closer to 500ml/min.

That gauge is cool.

Have you verified the accuracy? One way would be to spray into a bottle for a minute and measure the weight.

haven't checked for accuracy, but I will when it get a bit warmer out. According to the nozzle website, the 504ml/min will flow at a higher rate with higher pump pressure.

I will adjust pump pressure more, and see. If I have to, I will switch to the lower flow rate nozzle.

What did you pay for your methanol kit and how do you like it?

This looks awesome. Did you already have a Snow Performance setup and then added this? Also, did you do just the gauge, or did you install the the whole SI system? I see that they are sold separately. Wondering how hard it would be to run inline w/my current Snow Performance Stage II setup...

Any info would be helpful.
Thanks...

I paid $370.00 last year.- snow performance boost cooler kit 20010.
I like it. I just needed to get longer tubing and some electrical wiring because I installed it in the trunk. You would need to come up with a way to mount it.

I bought the snow performance safe injection and the flow gauge to add to my snow performance kit (20010) the guage will only work when connected to the safe injection.

The safe injection installs easily inline (tubing). And wiring connects to boost controller and guage.

Yeah, the gauge is cool. You can choos blue or red light

Here is the install in the trunk, I got a piece of black lexan to mount the tank, solenoid valve and pump.

I just got back from a test ride. I turned down the pressure on my pump a few times, now I'm flowing right around 500ml/min I guess I don't need to install the 441ml/min nozzle. I also ordered a 1 gal fuel cell from summit racing. The Snow Performance kit comes with a 3 quart tank. The 1gal tank would last a bit longer. Plus it has a separate vent fitting. Sent from my iPhone using NAMotoring

Still love how my setup is hidden below the deck.
