Yeah I don't think it's a leak issue... doesn't happen with stock map.

Is it possible my diverter valve is already failing at 18k miles, with all this added boost? Could that be the choppy throttle problem? Also is feels like when I take off from the stop the choppiness almost causes the car to die, almost like the car is bogging down?

When my aftermarket DV went bad, my MINI went into Limp Mode. I replaced it with the stock, and the uprated spring and immediately corrected the issue.

If you do end up needing to replace your DV, I recommend adding the Alta Spring, best $17 Mod yet

I have been chasing down a 2C57 cel code for a while now. Was running on the stock map with no codes. Anyone else seen this code??

I haven't seen anything definitive for the MINI but googling P2C57 comes up as a boost leak for other BMW engines.

Purely guessing here but if it really is a boost leak error then maybe it only happens when you're pushing higher boost, hence why you don't see it on the stock map. Symptom of a coupling tight but not tight enough. Check all you couples, etc.

Thanks!! Been reading through those as well. I initially thought it might have been the meth jet adapter. Resealed that and no resolve. The only clamps I have not checked are the 2 that go onto the intercooler. I am going to check those today.

Funny part is the CELT only comes on while cruising on the highway and I give it has to pass someone. That is the only time I get it.

BTW it might be the Vacuum pump that is causing the first gear hesitation. Even with the low boost Manic tune, it way above stock or what the JB+ boost.

Shhh... I tracked on stock IC's with an aftermarket turbo... did just fine. And ambient was close to 100 F,

You don't have a W/M kit yet? If so what are you seeing for your IAT's?

About 130-160F IAT avg on full boost full throttle on a semi oval track at 20+ mins per session.

While Fontana, CA isn't terribly far from where I live we both have serious IAT temperatures at certain times of the year, this has the potential for detonation and it only takes a couple bad detonations to spell disaster for our engines as they run hot as it is. Strange thing is no matter how hot it is when the humidity is high I don't seem to get any super lean conditions like I do in dry heat. A meth kit is our only salvation!

For those with Dash Command, has anyone gotten the MAF PDI to work?
Mine is all 0.00
Also any Manic Tuned folks w/ N14 motor run into a overly rich condition?
My 09 JCW is dropping to 10.00 under WOT.
