search won't bring back results. very busy day ahead! please help!!!

been searching for 2 days for a DIY for swapping out the sc pulleys on the r53 and finally gave in to ask! I have the tool, and 15% pulley/belt. just need the know-how on what to do.

step by step would make this alot quicker.

if anyone has a link for a DIY please post it here!
