Alta pulley not seated? Need help

Hi,
I'm in the middle of installing an Alta ver2.0 17% pulley but it looks as if the shaft drive collar is not seated properly.

Does anyone know if the collar should actually bottom out on the shaft? There is about .0625 (1/16") gap showing on mine. It's pushed all the way on but still leaves a gap at the end of the shaft.......if someone had any advice or experience with this it would be appreciated!

Cheers

Nick

Finished installing it anyways, lined up the pulley by eye and everything seems fine. Car works great with cat back, CAI, 17%, step colder NGKs. Not bad for a days work.
