Denso spark plugs seem to be the preferred mod choice by many MINI tuners, like Webb Motor Sport; whereas other tuners like MINI Mania and MINI Madness offers NGK.

Which one is better? What's the difference?

i think it depends on your mods.

i think the Densos might offer more performance and MPG gains, but apparently you must pair the right spark plug with the correct aftermarket mods to avoid catastrophe.

Mania and Madness seem to take the "safer" route and offer the lesser performance but safer plug.

from what i've gathered from other people on all 3 of these forums, is that as long as you put the CORRECT iridiums with the setup you currently have, you WILL see WHP gains and MPG gains.... moreso than on the NGK's.

i guess its just a matter of if you trust your company you are buying from enough to accept their opinion on what size/kind plugs you should get.

then again, they are just damn spark plugs. that 1 horsepower you might get off of them ain't going to offset your 200 pound fat *** at the track when the other mini driver is only 140!!!
