Mamut, I see you are from PA as well. How is this exhaust handling up? Any rust signs yet? I was wondering what you guys think about the CNT exhaust? I see they are getting cheaper on EBAY each month. Did you have any issues removing the 2nd cat, any CEL lights or anything? Is it completely a bolt on product?

It's $299 on the CNT website. I bought mine used from a forum member. It was installed for a year and shows no sign of rust, but it was on a CA car. I am waiting for recall work on the cam chain to be done before installation. Went in to the dealer yesterday and they have to order the assembly for me. Hopefully I'll get it all done, including the CNT this month.

It's completely bolt on. It's slightly rusted on the hangers. No check engine light. My friend spotted me driving yesterday, he said my mini sounds great.

How is this CNT Exhaust on the highway? Lots of drone or none at all? I have an Evolve DP and a magna flow muffler and the drone is pretty bad. Especially adding a stiff Torque Mount I can feel the vibration in the exhaust droning. How are you guys liking this one?

Dang John, that must be so much fun to live with... Serious vibration from the mount, (yea, I tried that for about a day, it sucked.), and ear bleeding drone from the exhaust...lol (yea, I had an Invedia for about a week...)

I went back to a fjcw exhaust, and back to the arm inserts. I'm happy now.

I've had my system installed for about three months. Happy with the looks and the sound. No drone on the highway.

Yeah. It just sucks when I have passengers. Other than that I don't care much. You guys have drone with a Catless Downpipe?

Price went up on the website to 389.99. Less interested at that price for sure. Hopefully it drops back to 299.99

clamps used????

been trying to find suitable clamps for the cnt exhaust to make it as solid as possible without having leaks. i also noticed that when you have the one piece rear bumper (factory body color without plastic trim) it seems to have a bit of a clearance issue. any remedies for this issue?

I used stainless "U" type muffler/exhaust clamps. Not sure what bumper you're referring to. It fit's perfectly on my MCS bumper.
Put about 500 miles on mine last week on a trip with highway speeds up to 80mph and really enjoyed the sound.
