Completed this job today. Took me about an hour and a half, and most of that was just putting stuff back together and bleeding the system. Interesting evaluations performing this. I obviously was leaking from this and it was most definitely the gasket. It literally fell apart as I removed it. It was dry and brittle. A lot of the clutch linkages were rusty too from the coolant leaking on them. Another thing is I seem to only have one bleed port, the one above the radiator. And if anybody is doing this job, this is the perfect time to clean up under the airbox area and the airbox components. Very easy job that's just time consuming. One thing that bothers me though was my throttle body. The flap looks like it wasn't closed all the way. Anybody know if this is normal?
