Drivetrain JCW baseline dyno + NSW/XXX/hardcore under bonnet porn!
Videos! OK, they're not the best (I'll redo them in HD later), but you get the idea. We'll do a drive by at highway speed and interior ones later...
Cold start:
Warming up...
Standing start (complete with a little tire shredding...):
Drive/fly by rip:
I'm diggin' it...and so is our wheelman Jay!

I would remove one of the rear mufflers and replace it with straightpipe and use a electric exhaust dump to route the exhaust thru the baffled side for quiet crusing and for freeflow and full volume on the straightpipe side use the sportbutton to activate the dump..
just call it the jameshunt mod

But we only have one muffler
Dyno Update!
I'll get the graphs scanned later, but IIRC, the new/post-mod/pre-tune (re) dyno numbers from last night were:
214 HP (peak)
226 ft/lbs torque (peak)
That's an increase of basically 17 HP and 10 ft/lbs torque. Slightly disappointing since that's not exactly a huge increase. We would have like to see just on the shy side of 220 HP and maybe crack 230 ft/lbs of torque but whaddaya gonna do...
We took the AFR readings from the lower O2 sensor bung on the downpipe so Jan will have a real good idea of what the motor's up to and hopefully has plenty to work with...
Any guesses for post tuning numbers?

Let us know....

EDIT: Let me preface something... that is with the regular RMW tune. (which is what my signature numbers reflect) If you have the RMW tune I have in my car now, the numbers will be higher.)
We gotta get with Jan but the tune should be about as close as what you get on a dyno since he's gonna have the dyno AFR sheets. It doesn't show just the AFR curve, it's a tuner's dream with readings in every 50 RPM (?) or so increments.
We're on the "right"
side of the country too so we can run 93/94 octane, and there's 100/110 @ the track for when we go there too...It's a nice little torque monster...kinda a pocket sized version of the diesel Excursion we did before (600+ HP/900+ ft/lbs torque!
)
I didn't read in your sig about a intercooler but I think it will pick the numbers I suggested up a bit and keep them more consistent. (less heat soak)
Let us know, I'm waiting to get back on the dyno myself.

Dyno numbers breakdown
We'll get the sheets scanned shortly, but here's exactly how the numbers broke down...
Peak HP was 213.8 @ 5682 RPMs. At that RPM torque was 197.6 and the AFR was 12.61...
Peak torque was 225.9 @ 2733 RPMS. At that RPM HP was 117.6 and the AFR was 14.24...
We have some videos of the run too and will try to get those loaded. The car sounds great, but the dyno rollers definitely drown it out sometimes...
