I think the title to your thread should be "204 HP", not "245 HP".

Apologies in getting people exited...lol! Well, not going too deep into details of tune, flashing, & sleeping on DME codes.

A 40 "Wheel" Hp on a 4th gear run on Dynojet SAE correction (more power for Dynojet STD correction, but not my thing... lower the better wHP correction I like to use..so no hype), was achieved by remapping the car on safe & reliable 1.33 bars tappering to 1.1 bar on the hairdryer R56 turbo. Any more reliable power I would suggest IMHO a colder spark plug, CAMS, possible head stud kit, bigger turbo, etc etc..

I still find it interesting. What tools did you use to tune your car? If you don't mind me asking

Used an expensive Pro flashing tool & some hours of coding maps. Everything was done at Precision Auto Werks in house dyno 7254 NW 25th Street

So i take it you have a JCW?

JCW 208 Bbp - 15% (~ 31.2 Bhp) = ~ 176 WHP ?

i don't think so he said 174hp N14B16 up to with JCW exhaust intercooler and tune... so he's probably running an 07-09 MCS with the JCW exhaust, intercooler and tune (obviously one of the best ways to get power on our cars, the big 3 exhaust ic tune the gods of tuning do exists :P

New Dyno Update for MCS 174hp to 265hp

Well, just update the MCS with colder plugs, new Precision Autowerk CNC adapter oil cooler kit, VVt remap on stock OEM Stg1 Turbo. Gain where impressive for circuit track race. 221.17wHP / 210.33 ftlb SAE Dynojet (227.32wHP / 216.18 ftlb) STD Dynojet) + 7000rpm Redline. The stealth setup gives great top end powerband.

We are still on the works for a bigger stainless turbo.

Enjoy & Happy New year!!!

Wow pretty sick numbers! I wonder why your tune is relatively low on TQ compared to rmw's tunes who has like 30 more TQ than HP everytime

I'm thinking a lot has to do with how he tuned the vanos...

The horsepower curve after 4.5k is really strong...and the torque curve is pretty damn flat from 2k-6k. Probably feels a lot like an R53...in a good way
