Owe Contrair! Like the argument used by some to not give the death penalty to hideous serial killers so that their sick minds can be studied and thus, perhaps, prevent future monsters from developing, this thread should be kept alive and studied by scholars of internet thread bashing. The dynamic swirl of charge and countercharge, claim and denial, the interjection of sarcasm, and train of thinking that leads to Glaidator helmets and Asian cross dressers could keep scholars busy for years....

Oh please... compared to some of the old Usenet flame wars I've seen and participated in this was nothing.... although entertaining.

Actually I've provided threads about thread removal several times just to make sure people were made aware of why they were removed. In this case the drama was a little more than normal and needed to be backed off a bit.
