It does look like the lowest setting to me. Its hard to say since it only moves an inch.
You know what...I have our R56 here today I can take a pair of comparison shots for you...brb.

It was a good idea, Snyper. I put those images up on our site too. I bet a lot of people wanted to see the difference once the shifter is installed. Thanks for getting me away from this desk!

no problem! one more question. the shifter at maximum height is still one inch lower than factory, or is it the same as factory?

Same as factory.

I had it in first gear so I could get the handbrake out of the way and not get bowled down by Lassie while I took the photos.

Thanks! I pass your compliments on to the designer. I normally have Lassie setup with a silver shift well and ****. IMHO, it looks even better. I only switched it to black for some photos that were requested, and I am just too lazy to put it back.
