Yes, probably 380's, but if you want the most out of it then go with 440's and a custom tune. With the cylinder head that you are moddifing, you will want the most out of it.

Oh and run the 15% the supercharger gets too hot.

I do not think if that silicone cup holders AMP-ENG-303 is the reason for a bigger injectors.

People often make me laugh.

And no you do not need it. Or even better, chek the A/F and you will see if you need them or not.

Bye

Air to fuel ratio.

My advice: get aquainted with an experienced MINI tuner/tech and follow advice and direction. If you keep on buying stuff without any plan, you are probably just wasting your money. Looks like you have plenty to spend, so do it WISELY...

64mm TB is HUGE! 62's have been said for "race only" in the past, but hey if you are going all out then, why not? But seriously, make a plan and talk to some good mini-specific techs. Otherwise yes, you will waste money!

If it is an OBX LSD PM Longboard he has one and is putting out quite a bit o' power(Rotrex tester-or Project X-300 on here).

You'll need the 440's with the big valve head and 64mmTB. Hope your tune works out well.

Ok, so I just checked out your link, but I really cannot make much sense of what is going on since even the English version is confusing. But, what software does he tune with? Dimsport? GIAC?

Yes, there is a BIG debate on whether it does or not. I have a 19%, it is great to get the extra boost, but IT DOES GET HOT!. I mean lately I have been testing to see what happens. I literaly iced my intercooler, inlet and exit horns, valve cover, and intake manifold for about 20 minutes(and this is after the car has set for at least an hour). Then, once everything was very cold to the touch, I made a ~5 minute run in an Industrial part of town came back and Dam^ if it was not scorching. I mean I could not touch my whole hand to the horns(inlet to IC was burning me, and the outlet was just bearable). I only reached speeds of ~70-75mph!
Now, what do you chose? I would be switching to a 15%, but I am planning a full turbo conversion.

Maybe i should cancel and pay overprise for their turbo header from the twin kit an go with a gt2871rs light trim that would be an easy 300 bhp... dit like that eaton sound... Man you got me thinking... just bougt a schrick cam from a german guy who races the mini series here in europe...

Do you believe he will have more than 270HP?
I do not think so.

Go to the water to air system of cooling inlet air and there won't be any problems with heat.

Fisher- No, but he is going pretty crazy.

nikoamok- You really need to stop buying everything before you get this "plan". If you are going full turbo, then you will have to sell anything supercharge specific(intercooler pulley etc...), but there is another option.
You could do a "twin-charge". Which is keeping the stock supercharger(with a bigger pulley to run it slower) and adding a turbo to that. PM Tuls. He has all the info on twin and full turbos that you could ever want.
But, seriously get a plan and stick to it.
And hey, the 440's would even work with the twin charge if you keep it conservative unlike Tuls(PM him and you will figure everything out).

Also, a full turbo build done "right" will cost you $8,000+ easily.
A twin charge will cost you $4,000+.
